Starting from Growth which has two polarities which is people and
materials. This dimension shows that you can depend in your production by
investing in people or materials.
Moving to relationship, it explains that you have universal
relation with people around you so you can invite your co-worker to your home
or even to hang-out with him. on the other hand, situational term means that you prefer to keep your relationship at
work environment only which mean you
don’t share your personal information at work .
In addition, outlook is one of the important dimension that
you can recognize in some people. It shows that traditional people can use
their past as a key Strategy of
successful in future, but some modern workers believe that innovation and
planning is the of successful future
Destiny is telling you that if you can control your life and
future “ Directive ” or your life is control by outside force or factors “
Directed “.
Context can be “formal oriented “ , so your behavior with
people at work and some place in Serious
matter or you enjoy your life
even at work and you use informal conversation and treat people like your
family.
Part2
I learned a lot from my results of 12 dimensions culture
results. For example, it gave me idea about my culture dimensions especially at
my work place. Growth one of the strange result because my individual result is
investing in people, also my group have the same result but in different scale
between 2 to 4. All of us choice to
invest in people witch mean, in my opinion, there is something wrong because
someone need to invest in materials to increase production. I disagree with
this result because if I analyze myself, I will put myself exactly between
investing in people and materials as the same time .
Destiny and connecting are the only one that I have scale of almost 3
,directive and inclusive, no one of my
group share that result with me in that scale. These two dimensions show that I
have amount of control over my destiny at the same time there are some factors
that control my destiny which may lead to unsuccessful attempt in the future .
for example, I will choice the time of my marriage.
Relationship (universal) ,context (informal) ,
accountability(community) and status (Achieved
) are the most thing that my group agree with witch mean their thinking is
similar to mine.
Part3
I’m 100% sure that my result after 5 years will change to the best because in my
environment , I’m working and I will
work with international workers that have different culture view which is lead to educate myself from them .
Also they going to affect my culture by their strategy of working
environment.
In my opinion, Growth needs to add third choice which is
people, material and both because in these days in our reality all smart
companies depend on their production in invest their resources in people and
material to have best production because both of them have direct relationship
with production , more you invest in people more you gain production and when
invest in materials the production goes up.
